MY Locanda Glasgow is set to open in 2024 and is a joint venture between Chris Stewart Group and Cheval Collection. It will be sited on a development adjacent to Glasgow City Chambers on George Square.
MY Locanda properties will offer stylish, design-led, fully equipped apartments in vibrant cities around the world where guests can be immersed in the heart of the local community. Every MY Locanda will be curated to reflect its local area and will be a hub for both the local community as well as guests, with distinctive retail and creative activities to appeal to both travellers and longer-term residents. Spacious ground floor communal areas will be ideal for both co-living and co-working including high-speed Wi-Fi, food, drinks and essentials as well as dedicated spaces for business meetings and calls.

MY Locanda Glasgow will have 168 apartments when it opens in 2024. Designed by Hoskins Architects and 3DReid for the interiors, it will be located in the heart of Glasgow’s business district, just a short walk from Glasgow Central and Glasgow Queen Street stations, the University of Strathclyde and the city’s international finance district. It’s also just a 10-minute drive to the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre.
MY Locanda Glasgow will appeal to those with an independent, youthful mindset travelling for leisure or business, solo, family or groups of friends keen to find a stylish city base where they can feel part of the local community. Longer stay residents could include students, those relocating for business and anyone looking for a base in the city.
